At WebScents, all fragrance and decant purchases are final sale. Because our products are fragrances and decanted products, we do not accept returns or refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, does not like a fragrance, or no longer wants the product.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Disliking the fragrance or scent

• Ordering the wrong fragrance

• Ordering the wrong size

• Deciding that you no longer want the product

• Products that have been opened or used
   

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Errors on Our Part

If we make a mistake with your order, we will make it right.

Examples of eligible issues include:

• A decant is missing from your order

• You received the wrong fragrance

• You received the wrong decant size

• You received an incorrect quantity

• Your order contains another fulfillment error caused by us
   

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at [Email Address] within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and,  photographs of the items you received, and packaging so that we can verify the issue.

If the mistake was made by us, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Damaged or Leaking Products

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
